Ritual & Botanical Apothecary

For the practice
you've been
building quietly

Tinctures, ritual objects, and botanical blends made for people who use this stuff, not display it. Everything is small-batch. Most things run out.

About the work

Everything here is made to be used

Hollow Bone started in 2019 from a frustration with ritual products made for Instagram shelves. Beautiful objects that sit there doing nothing. We make things that get used — tinctures that stain your fingers, smoke bundles that smell like the forest floor after rain, oils that go on the skin and into the work.

Every formula is tested by people who practice, not people who style. If it doesn't work in a real ritual, we don't sell it. If it sells out, we wait until we have enough to make it right again.

A grounding practice for days when everything is loud

This is a simple working that takes about twenty minutes. You don't need anything special. What's listed here is optional — the ritual works without it.

i.

Find stillness

A few minutes of breathing before you start. If you're using the Forest Bundle, light it now and let the smoke settle the room. Sit with it. Don't rush.

ii.

Name what's present

What are you carrying? Say it plainly, out loud if you can. Name the specific thing, not the category. "The meeting on Thursday" not "work stress."

iii.

Ground to the body

Feet flat. Both hands on your thighs. Breathe into the belly. Feel the weight of you against the surface you're sitting on. Stay here for a while.

iv.

Set an intention, not a demand

Not what you want to happen. What you want to carry forward today. Keep it honest. Keep it short.
