AIVIQ Enterprises Inc. ("AIVIQ", "we", "us") is a Canadian company based in British Columbia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use aiviqenterprises.com or respond to our advertising, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Information you give us. When you fill in a quote form, a lead form on a platform such as Facebook or Instagram, or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, business name, and what you need built.
- Usage information. We use Google Analytics, Plausible, the Meta Pixel and Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to understand how visitors find and use the site and whether advertising produces an enquiry. Depending on your choice and the provider, these tools may use cookies or similar technologies and receive information such as pages visited, referring campaign, approximate location, device type and advertising click identifiers.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote. We reply by email; we do not cold-call you.
- To deliver and improve our services.
- To measure whether our advertising works.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal information.
- We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers that run our website, email, analytics, advertising measurement and payments (for example Netlify, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Plausible and Stripe), each of which handles data under its own privacy terms.
- We do not send you marketing email unless you asked for something from us, and you can opt out of any email at any time by replying "unsubscribe".
Microsoft Advertising measurement
Microsoft advertising storage starts denied until you choose whether to allow it. If you allow advertising measurement, Microsoft UET may use cookies to connect an ad visit with page views and fixed-label actions such as a confirmed form submission, a phone or SMS link click, or a click to Stripe checkout. If you continue without advertising cookies, Microsoft may still receive limited cookieless measurement signals.
AIVIQ's custom conversion events send only fixed action, category and label values; the base UET tag also sends the standard page and device measurement data described above. AIVIQ does not send your name, email address, phone number, domain, message, password, payment details or other form contents to Microsoft through these events. Stripe checkout clicks are measured as clicks, not completed purchases. See the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Data retention
We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Canadian tax and business record requirements, then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA) applies to how we handle personal information.
