AIVIQ Enterprises Inc. ("AIVIQ", "we", "us") is a Canadian company based in British Columbia. This policy explains what information we collect when you use aiviqenterprises.com or respond to our advertising, and how we handle it.

What we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill in a quote form, a lead form on a platform such as Facebook or Instagram, or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, email address, business name, and what you need built.
• Usage information. Like most websites we use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Plausible) and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use the site. These tools use cookies or similar technologies and collect information such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote. We reply by email; we do not cold-call you.
• To deliver and improve our services.
• To measure whether our advertising works.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your details with third parties except the service providers that run our website, email, analytics, and payments (for example Netlify, Google, Meta, Plausible, and Stripe), each of which handles data under its own privacy terms.
• We do not send you marketing email unless you asked for something from us, and you can opt out of any email at any time by replying "unsubscribe".

Data retention

We keep enquiry and client records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet Canadian tax and business record requirements, then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA and BC PIPA) applies to how we handle personal information.
