What the evidence can show
A public check can reveal missing or conflicting MX, SPF and DMARC records and suggest the likely mail provider. It cannot see mailbox storage, licences, private forwarding, inbox rules, provider administration settings, message contents or passwords.
What to provide
Share the domain, the exact symptom, when it started, the sending and receiving providers, and a recent bounce message or screenshot with personal information redacted. Do not send a password. If access is needed, AIVIQ will request temporary delegated, administrator or collaborator access and ask you to remove it after verification.

Safe expectations
Repair, verify, and stop at the boundary
After the enquiry, AIVIQ reviews the evidence, confirms the bounded first step and stops for approval if the diagnosis shows multiple causes, migration work, account compromise, blacklist recovery, high-volume sending or another larger environment. Public DNS repairs can improve authentication signals but cannot guarantee inbox placement or control a recipient’s spam filter.
Before changing DNS or account settings, record the existing configuration. Use temporary access where needed, verify the agreed result, and remove that access afterward. AIVIQ does not claim access to private provider systems and does not promise a guaranteed repair time.
