Common signs
- Messages remain in the outbox
- A send attempt asks repeatedly for credentials
- The provider rejects the sender or relay
- Only certain recipients return a bounce
Sending failure diagnosis
A sending failure may come from a mail application, an account sign-in, a provider policy, domain authentication or the receiving server. AIVIQ narrows the failure using the exact error and a small controlled test instead of changing unrelated settings.
What to look for
SMTP host, port, encryption and authentication settings may be wrong, but an account can also be blocked, unlicensed or restricted. SPF, DKIM and DMARC affect authentication and policy; they do not replace a working mailbox login or guarantee recipient acceptance.
Share the provider, mail application, device type, exact error or bounce code and whether webmail can send. Redact addresses and message content where possible. Never paste a password into the form or email it to AIVIQ.
One ordinary sending incident in one provider environment starts at CAD $89, including diagnosis, one repair pass and a basic send verification. A single known mailbox-setting correction may qualify for the CAD $49 quick fix.
Safe expectations
Bulk sending, reputation recovery, account compromise, multiple providers and recipient-specific blocking fall outside the starting repair. AIVIQ will stop and quote the next bounded step before expanding the work.
Before changing DNS or account settings, record the existing configuration. Use temporary access where needed, verify the agreed result, and remove that access afterward. AIVIQ does not claim access to private provider systems and does not promise a guaranteed repair time.
Start with the free public DNS check or send a written request through the main Business Email Rescue page. The hub explains all four price levels, exclusions, access rules and what happens after submission.
Questions
That pattern often points to the application configuration or cached account state rather than domain-wide routing.
No. Recipient systems and spam filters remain outside AIVIQ’s control.
