Microsoft 365 and Outlook email help

AIVIQ provides independent troubleshooting for custom-domain email used with Microsoft 365 and Outlook. AIVIQ is not affiliated with or endorsed by Microsoft. Outlook is an application; Microsoft 365 is a service environment, so the same symptom can have very different causes.

What to look for

Useful signs and evidence

Common signs

  • Outlook repeatedly requests a sign-in
  • Web Outlook works but the desktop app does not
  • A custom domain stopped receiving
  • Messages are rejected or treated as unauthenticated

What the evidence can show

Public MX and TXT records reveal routing and some authentication details. They cannot reveal mailbox licences, Exchange rules, tenant policies, conditional access, storage or private security settings.

What to provide

Provide the domain, whether web Outlook works, the affected app and device, and the exact redacted error. If administration is required, use temporary delegated or administrator access and remove it once verification is complete.

What the starting scope covers

One ordinary issue in one Microsoft environment starts at CAD $89. One known mailbox-setting or DNS correction may fit CAD $49. One-domain SPF, DKIM and DMARC repair starts at CAD $149.

Safe expectations

Repair, verify, and stop at the boundary

Tenant migrations, compromised accounts, multiple domains, historical recovery and device-by-device rollout are outside the starting repair and require a written quote.

Before changing DNS or account settings, record the existing configuration. Use temporary access where needed, verify the agreed result, and remove that access afterward. AIVIQ does not claim access to private provider systems and does not promise a guaranteed repair time.

Next step

Start with the free public DNS check or send a written request through the main Business Email Rescue page. The hub explains all four price levels, exclusions, access rules and what happens after submission.

Questions

Before you start

If Outlook fails, is Microsoft 365 down?

Not necessarily. Web access can help distinguish an application problem from a wider account or provider issue.

Will you ask for my Microsoft password?

No. Never send a normal password; temporary delegated access is preferred when needed.
