Evidence-led delivery troubleshooting
Deliverability describes whether a message is accepted and where it lands after acceptance. AIVIQ reviews the visible delivery path, authentication and bounce evidence to identify a bounded technical next step without promising an outcome controlled by recipient systems.
What to look for
Routing, SPF, DKIM and DMARC can be checked publicly. Reputation, content, engagement, recipient policy, private transport rules and blocklists may require other evidence. A clean DNS result does not prove that every private part of the path is healthy.
Provide the domain, sending platform, sending pattern, affected recipient providers, bounce codes and redacted message headers when available. List all legitimate services that send for the domain.

Safe expectations
Managed DMARC monitoring, reputation rebuilding, high-volume campaigns, dedicated IPs and blacklist remediation are outside the starting service. AIVIQ cannot guarantee inbox placement or change a recipient provider’s private rules.
Before changing DNS or account settings, record the existing configuration. Use temporary access where needed, verify the agreed result, and remove that access afterward. AIVIQ does not claim access to private provider systems and does not promise a guaranteed repair time.
