Common signs
- Mail passes sending tests but lands in junk
- One provider filters messages more often than another
- A new sending service was recently added
- Authentication results show SPF, DKIM or DMARC failures
Spam-placement troubleshooting
Spam placement is rarely solved by one universal switch. AIVIQ checks whether the domain publishes coherent authentication records, identifies visible configuration gaps and helps separate technical signals from content, reputation and recipient behaviour.
What to look for
SPF identifies permitted sending systems, DKIM signs messages and DMARC connects those results to domain policy. Even correct records do not control reputation, message content, engagement, recipient allowlists or a provider’s private filtering rules.
Provide the domain, legitimate sending services, a redacted copy of message headers when available and the recipients or providers affected. Do not forward confidential message content unless it is necessary and agreed.
One-domain authentication and deliverability review starts at CAD $149, including public MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC review, bounded record corrections and a documented verification check. Managed monitoring and reputation rebuilding are separate.
Safe expectations
The aim is a correct, explainable configuration and clearer evidence—not a promise that every message will reach the inbox. High-volume senders, dedicated IP work, blacklists and multi-sender SPF consolidation may require a written quote.
Before changing DNS or account settings, record the existing configuration. Use temporary access where needed, verify the agreed result, and remove that access afterward. AIVIQ does not claim access to private provider systems and does not promise a guaranteed repair time.
Start with the free public DNS check or send a written request through the main Business Email Rescue page. The hub explains all four price levels, exclusions, access rules and what happens after submission.
Questions
No. They improve authentication signals but cannot control recipient filtering or sender reputation.
This page focuses on the spam symptom; the deliverability page covers the wider delivery path and evidence.
