What to look for

Useful signs and evidence

Common signs

  • You own a domain but still use a personal address
  • A new business needs named mailboxes or aliases
  • DNS must be connected to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or another provider
  • You want a tested handoff instead of guessing at records

What the evidence can show

A setup requires access to the domain’s DNS and an active provider plan chosen by the customer. Mailboxes, aliases, groups and licences differ by provider, so the agreed setup records what is included before work begins.

What to provide

Provide the domain, chosen provider, desired addresses or aliases and access through a delegated or temporary method. Do not send a normal password. If no provider has been chosen, AIVIQ can explain the setup implications but does not include subscription costs.

What the starting scope covers

The CAD $99 starting scope covers one domain, one provider, up to three initial addresses or aliases, DNS connection, one send-and-receive test and a short handoff note, with up to 90 minutes of active work.

Safe expectations

Repair, verify, and stop at the boundary

Domain registration, provider subscriptions, historical mail migration, multiple providers, device-by-device setup, advanced security policy and ongoing administration are excluded and quoted separately.

Before changing DNS or account settings, record the existing configuration. Use temporary access where needed, verify the agreed result, and remove that access afterward. AIVIQ does not claim access to private provider systems and does not promise a guaranteed repair time.

Next step

Start with the free public DNS check or send a written request through the main Business Email Rescue page. The hub explains all four price levels, exclusions, access rules and what happens after submission.

Questions

Before you start

Are Google or Microsoft fees included?

No. Provider subscriptions and domain fees are separate from AIVIQ’s setup labour.

Does the starting price include old email migration?

No. Historical mail transfer is separate because volume and provider compatibility vary.
