Answer the call.
Answer the message.

Meet Ivy, AIVIQ's own automated front desk. She can speak naturally on the phone or reply by SMS, collect what a prospective customer needs and route the next step. AIVIQ builds focused versions of the same capability around each client's approved information and human boundaries.

Two channels, one job

Put the agent where customers already talk.

The useful version is not a generic bot dropped onto every channel. The phone and text experiences share approved knowledge, but each follows the pace and expectations of that channel.

01 / Voice

AI phone agent

Answer routine calls, explain approved services, ask qualification questions, capture names and contact details, take messages and route the next step. The agent can be designed for inbound calls or a tightly controlled callback flow.

  • Routine call handling
  • Lead qualification
  • Structured intake
  • Conversation summary
02 / Messaging

AI text agent

Handle approved questions without forcing someone onto a call. A text agent can collect structured context, work with permitted website or messaging channels, and preserve the conversation for a human to review.

  • Approved FAQ answers
  • Text-only support
  • Context collection
  • Human handoff

Working AIVIQ system

Built beyond the mock-up stage.

This capability comes from AIVIQ's own working front desk, not a stock chatbot claim. The website opens the visitor's normal phone or SMS app; provider credentials remain private.

Ivy

A real phone and SMS front desk

Ivy answers AIVIQ's dedicated Canadian number with a voice conversation and can reply on the same number by SMS. She is designed to identify whether someone needs website work, Business Email Rescue or an AI system, collect useful context and leave complex decisions for the AIVIQ team.

The website contains only ordinary public call and SMS links. The telephony assignment, agent configuration and provider credentials stay outside the static website.

The guardrails matter

A convincing voice is not the whole system.

The safest build starts with what the agent may say, what it may do, what information it stores and when a person must take over.

No hidden credentials

API keys, provider tokens and administrative access stay on the server or in the provider's protected environment. They are never shipped in browser JavaScript.

No invented authority

The agent should not pretend it verified private records it cannot access, promise outcomes, or act beyond the approved business process.

A real exit route

Unusual, sensitive or high-stakes situations need a clear message-taking, booking, transfer or human-review path.

Common questions

Before an agent is built.

What can an AI phone agent handle?

Routine calls, approved service information, lead questions, structured intake, message taking and routing are good candidates. Complaints, emergencies, unusual commitments and anything requiring professional judgment should go to a person.

What can an AI text agent handle?

Approved questions, contact collection, guided intake and ongoing low-risk messaging can work well. The exact channel depends on provider rules, customer consent and the business process.

Are phone and messaging subscriptions included?

No. Phone numbers, call minutes, messaging fees, model usage and any other provider subscriptions are separated from AIVIQ's design and implementation work in the written scope.

Can I try Ivy?

Yes. Use the Call Ivy or Text Ivy buttons on this page. Texting currently opens ordinary SMS. WhatsApp is coming soon and will be linked only after its business verification is complete. Ivy is automated, standard carrier charges may apply, and complex enquiries are reviewed by the AIVIQ team.

Start with the conversation you keep repeating.

Tell AIVIQ what customers ask, where the conversation happens and what the correct next step should be. We can scope the first useful agent by email—no compulsory sales call.
