The CAD $1,995 starter covers one agreed workflow. Email assistance, bounded phone intake or reporting can be the starting point. It does not include all three.
Your team keeps control
Use client-owned accounts and limited delegated access where practical. Agree who approves replies, monitors exceptions and operates the system after handover. Never send normal passwords or customer records in an initial enquiry.
Separate work stays separate
Mailbox migrations, bespoke APIs, additional businesses, live accounting synchronization and extra channels need their own scope. New features and ongoing care are not included in the starter price.

Show us the current handoff.
Describe how the work arrives, where it is recorded and what gets repeated or missed. Name the tools, not account credentials. We check whether the proposed connections and data fit a bounded implementation.
Agree the checks and cost.
Confirm the deliverables, access plan, provider costs and acceptance checks in writing. Test ordinary cases, missing information, duplicates and failures. Payment is 50% on scope approval and 50% on acceptance.

Do you work with Vancouver businesses remotely?
Yes. AIVIQ is Vancouver-based and delivers this service remotely across Canada. You can start with a written enquiry. A sales call or office visit is not required.
Can you use our existing mailbox and tools?
We check the mailbox, tracker, permissions and available connections before quoting. The starting scope assumes supported tools and usable data. An unfamiliar application or bespoke API needs a separate assessment, not a promise that everything connects.
Will AI send replies without our approval?
The inbox option prepares drafts for a person to review. Any automatic acknowledgement needs its own agreed boundary. Pricing commitments, sensitive messages and unusual requests stay with your team.
Do we need a bigger system or monthly support?
Not necessarily. Start with one workflow. Connected Business System starts at CAD $3,495 for up to three small, compatible modules. System Care is optional at CAD $249 per month, with up to two support hours. Provider costs and applicable tax are extra.
